Bar stock comes in one door and finished, inspected parts leave the other. Every step below runs in our own plant, so one supplier owns the whole part and its quality record.

Process chain

  1. SawingBar stock cut to blank length on heavy-duty saws.
  2. Facing and centeringEnds faced and center holes drilled as turning datums.
  3. CNC turningRough and finish turning on slant-bed lathes.
  4. Deep-hole drillingLong axial bores with straightness control.
  5. MillingPockets, flats, bolt circles, drilling and tapping on machining centers. Large round parts are turned and milled in one setup on the vertical turn-mill.
  6. Induction hardeningSurface hardening and tempering to specified case depth and hardness.
  7. GrindingCylindrical grinding for final size, roundness and surface finish.
  8. InspectionFinal dimensional, hardness and roughness checks before packing.

Production tolerance: IT6 grade on regular runs.

Materials and volumes

We run single prototypes, low-volume non-standard parts and recurring production orders.

Traceability

Each batch travels with a routing card through every cell. Stock is held in labeled bins and issued first-in, first-out. Nonconforming parts are tagged and isolated at the cell where they are found.
